Dirty Nails

Recently I fell in mad love with a new nail polish color: Gunmetal Grey. The problem is that it is a dark color and it stains nails. I asked my manicurist if she could prime my nails with a clear top coat and then apply the gunmetal gray. It worked! My nails looked perfect and once the color came off my nails were not stained. I don't know why they ever stopped doing that.
